Melbet Betting Options and Their Meaning

This is the most basic bet type. You pick one outcome from one event. If your prediction is correct, you receive a payout based on the odds. It’s a simple choice, often used by beginners or those who want a fast result.

• You bet 2,500 NGN on Arsenal at odds of 2.25. If Arsenal wins, your return will be 5,625 NGN.

An accumulator combines two or more outcomes into one bet. Every prediction must be correct. If one loses, the entire bet fails. The main benefit is the much higher return due to multiplying odds.

Example:

• You choose three events with odds 1.70, 2.15, and 1.85. Combined odds become 6.76. A 1,200 NGN stake gives 8,112 NGN if all win.

A system bet is safer than an accumulator. You select multiple outcomes and group them into combinations. Even if some predictions are wrong, you can still receive a return.

Example:

• Choose three events and use a “2 out of 3” system. You get three groups: Game A + B, A + C, and B + C. If two of them win, part of your money comes back.

This is a series of single bets played one after the other. If a bet wins, its payout funds the next one. If a bet loses and your balance is low, the chain ends.

Example:

• Start with 1,500 NGN. First win at 2.10 brings 3,150 NGN. Second win at 1.55 gives 4,882 NGN. Third win at 1.65 raises it to 8,055 NGN.

Advancebet allows you to place new bets using the possible winnings from unsettled bets. If those pending bets lose, your advancebet gets canceled.

• You bet 4,000 NGN on a game at 2.30 odds. Before the result, Melbet lets you place another bet using part of the expected 9,200 NGN. If the first bet wins, both count.

A double bet joins two events in one bet. You can place many pairs. Each pair must win to get a payout. If one pair wins and the other loses, you still get money from the winning pair. Example:

You place 6 double bets. Each one is 1,000 NGN:

• Event 1 + Event 2 at 2.00 × 2.60 = 5,200 NGN;
• Event 1 + Event 3 at 2.00 × 2.30 = 4,600 NGN;
• Event 1 + Event 4 at 2.00 × 1.95 = 3,900 NGN;
• Event 2 + Event 3 at 2.60 × 2.30 = 5,980 NGN;
• Event 2 + Event 4 at 2.60 × 1.95 = 5,070 NGN;
• Event 3 + Event 4 at 2.30 × 1.95 = 4,485 NGN.

If some pairs win, you get paid for them. You do not need all pairs to win.

TOTO is a pool betting game where you predict the results of multiple matches. It’s used for football and other sports. You can win the jackpot or partial prizes depending on how many picks are correct.

Example:

• You enter a TOTO 15 draw. Predict outcomes for 15 matches (Win/Draw/Lose). Stake 100 NGN. If you guess all 15, you get the jackpot. With 12–14 right, you may get a smaller payout.

This type of bet uses two outcomes in the same market but at different odds. You win fully if the final result is between the two. If one part wins or pushes, you still get a partial return.

Example:
